At Dolce Naturals, we are committed to delivering your skincare products safely, securely, and on time. Please review our shipping policy below for information about order processing, delivery timelines, and shipping procedures.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Every order goes through:

  • Payment verification
  • Product quality inspection
  • Secure packaging
  • Dispatch preparation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation via email or SMS. After dispatch, tracking details will be shared through email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Order Verification

For security purposes, some orders may require additional verification. If verification cannot be completed, Dolce Naturals reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Pre-Orders

Products marked as Pre-Order will be shipped according to the timeline mentioned on the respective product page.

Order Changes

Shipping address, contact details, or product modifications can only be requested before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, changes cannot be made.


Shipping Coverage

Domestic Shipping (India)

We currently ship across most serviceable pincodes in India.

If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you and process a full refund.

International Shipping

At present, Dolce Naturals ships only within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.


Shipping Partners

To ensure reliable delivery, we work with trusted logistics partners including:

  • Delhivery
  • Blue Dart
  • DTDC
  • Ecom Express

Courier selection is automatically determined based on service availability in your area.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for selected pincodes and may be subject to order value restrictions.

If COD is unavailable for your location, prepaid payment methods will be offered during checkout.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If delivery remains unsuccessful, the shipment may be returned to us. Re-dispatch requests may incur additional shipping charges.


Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please:

  1. Refuse delivery if possible.
  2. Take clear photographs of the package.
  3. Contact our support team immediately.

This helps us resolve the issue quickly with the courier partner.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volumes
  • Public holidays and festive periods
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Courier operational issues
  • Government restrictions
  • Incorrect shipping information

If a delay occurs, we will make every reasonable effort to keep you informed about your shipment status.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.
  2. Share your order number and relevant photographs.
  3. Our team will investigate the matter with the shipping carrier.

Upon verification, we will provide either:

  • A replacement order
  • A full refund

Resolution and processing may take 7–10 business days.


Sustainable Packaging

We carefully package all Dolce Naturals products to maintain product quality during transit.

Whenever possible, we use environmentally responsible and recyclable packaging materials.

Approved replacement orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days after approval.
