Exchange & Refund Policy

At Dolce Naturals, we strive to provide premium-quality skincare products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused and unopened.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all seals, labels, and accessories intact.
  • The item must not show signs of use, damage, tampering, or alteration.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

To initiate a return or exchange request, email wecare@dolcenaturals.com within 5 days of delivery along with your order number and reason for the request.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at wecare@dolcenaturals.com with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Products without original packaging or seals
  • Gift cards, promotional items, or free samples
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.
